Three-Tier Academic Support Model

Designed to ensure that all learners—from neurotypical students to those with complex learning or behavioral needs—can thrive in a safe, structured, and joyful environment.
This model allows us to provide the right level of support at the right time, giving every student the opportunity to grow, learn, and succeed.

Faith · Inclusion · Excellence

Tier 1 — Neurotypical & Mild Learning Differences

Tier 1 serves neurotypical students and learners with mild support needs, including mild ADHD, mild dyslexia, and mild processing delays. These students succeed in a traditional classroom structure with light accommodations.

Tier 2 — Moderate-Support Autism

Tier 2 offers a structured, sensory-friendly environment for students who need additional guidance to succeed academically and socially. This tier balances support with inclusive opportunities alongside Tier 1 peers.

Tier 3 — Severe Autism (High Support Needs)

Tier 3 is designed for students who require significant individual support and highly structured instruction. This tier emphasizes communication, life skills, and sensory-centered learning in a calm, predictable environment.

A Message from Leadership

“Each child is uniquely created by God. Our Three-Tier Model ensures that every learner—neurotypical, those with mild learning differences, moderate-support needs, or severe autism—receives the love, structure, support, and challenge needed to flourish.”

About us

Our Story and Mission

Peter’s Academy was founded by Rebecca Lemieux a single mother of twins—one of whom is non-verbal and on the autism spectrum. After years of navigating therapies and school systems, she saw a need for something different: a place where students could be safe, loved, and challenged to grow—not just academically, but emotionally, spiritually, and practically.

Peter’s Academy began as a labor of love and obedience to God’s calling. Today, it has grown into a working farm school where students can learn, work, pray, and thrive in a supportive environment.
