Grade Levels & Learning Environment

Elementary • Middle School • High School

We serve students from elementary through high school.

Our small class sizes and low student-to-teacher ratios allow us to provide truly individualized instruction. Every student receives the support, pacing, and encouragement they need to make meaningful progress—academically, socially, and in daily living skills.

Who We Serve

We Welcome All Students

Peter’s Academy is not an autism-only program.

We joyfully accept all students—with or without disabilities—who thrive in a smaller, more supportive educational setting. Our doors are open to children and teens who need individualized attention, real-world learning, and a Christ-centered community.

We proudly serve students with a wide range of abilities and support needs, including (but not limited to):

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Down syndrome
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • ADHD
  • Learning disabilities
  • Social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Blindness or visual impairments
  • Deafness or hearing impairments
  • Speech and language disorders
  • Genetic and rare disorders

We also welcome students who use:

  • Wheelchairs
  • Walkers or other mobility devices
  • Feeding tubes (G-tubes)
  • Tracheostomies
  • Communication devices (AAC)
  • Other adaptive or medical equipment

Students who require private-duty nurses, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, or other approved outside therapists and support providers are welcome on campus.

About us

Our Story and Mission

Peter’s Academy was founded by Rebecca Lemieux a single mother of twins—one of whom is non-verbal and on the autism spectrum. After years of navigating therapies and school systems, she saw a need for something different: a place where students could be safe, loved, and challenged to grow—not just academically, but emotionally, spiritually, and practically.

Peter’s Academy began as a labor of love and obedience to God’s calling. Today, it has grown into a working farm school where students can learn, work, pray, and thrive in a supportive environment.
